One node is one operating-system instance running GPUAlert: one physical Linux server, one VM, or one cloud instance. The number of GPUs installed in that node does not change the node count.
A Node License is signed to that machine fingerprint. Moving it to another machine requires a replacement-license request.
One site means one purchasing legal entity operating either one named physical data center/address, or one named cloud account/project in one region. A suggested Site ID is COMPANY-LOCATION-01.
Subsidiaries, customer environments, separate cloud regions and additional physical locations are not automatically included.

A Site License expires at the end of its signed 12-month term. Renewal is manual, not an automatic credit-card charge. Contact Smartbooth before expiration and a new Ed25519-signed license.dat will be issued for the next term.
If a Site License expires, GPUAlert continues running in Trial mode: notifications receive the [TRIAL MODE] prefix and Trial notification limits apply. Installing the renewed file restores Licensed mode without requiring Internet activation.
Request a custom Enterprise agreement for multiple physical locations, multiple cloud regions, MSP/customer environments, redistribution rights or more than 200 concurrent nodes. Scope and pricing are confirmed in writing.
